Are you a staffing agency?
Nope. We don’t maintain a giant roster or send out resumes. We handpick experienced veteran agency and brand marketing pros we’ve worked with (or vetted thoroughly) to build the right team for your exact project or campaign need.
What kinds of teams do you build?
Everything from one-person strategy gigs to full-scale campaign squads. Need a creative director, a designer, and a producer? Done. Need a media lead and a content writer for a product launch? We’ve got you.
Who are your clients?
Mostly ad agencies, in-house marketing teams, and brand leaders. Many come to us during crunch time—pitches, product launches, sprints, out-of-scope engagements or transitions.
Do you lead the team, or do we?
Both options work. We can assign a team lead to manage and coordinate the group—or you can take the lead and we’ll integrate into your workflow.
How long do engagements typically last?
Anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Some projects are scoped tightly (like a pitch), others evolve over time. We stay flexible.
